Georgia CE: What to Look for When Looking

In this course, students get the tools to guide buyers and sellers into making better educated and informed decisions about the more expensive components and systems in a home. Students will learn how to determine the age of these systems, their average life span, and what to expect for replacement costs. The course includes discussion about clues that a component or system gives when it is in poor condition and how to prepare clients for the resulting outcome from their home inspection.
