Wayman Anderson began inspecting homes back in 2000, only he did this work on behalf of insurance companies. His desire to use these years of experience and knowledge to help clients in their buying decision led him to move to private home inspection.
Wayman’s extensive professional training and credentials include:
- ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Member
- ASHI at Home Training Program: renowned as the most respected and comprehensive training
- B.F. Finance, Morehouse College
Clients request Wayman because his knowledge of and respect for homes runs deep. Wayman says his favorite part of a home is the structure, particularly older homes where he’s able to see how people engineered and constructed with tools and craftsmanship that have stood the test of time.
“I’m proud to work at Home-Probe,” he says. “The company philosophy and direction allow me to ensure my clients are at ease with their decision-making. You don’t buy anything more important than a home. It’s not just a house.”
When Wayman isn’t in the field, he can be found listening to Jazz music or playing golf. He says he loves the game because it is humbling and requires discipline. Next to a well-structured home, Wayman loves a well-designed course.
I have been using and recommending Home-Probe my entire Real Estate career. They are simply top-notch.
